Agua Brazilian Swimwear does not offer refund, except for incidents wherein your order has become out of stock and we are unable to deliver the item/s, we will cancel your order and refund you the amount.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Only regular priced items (non-sale items) are accepted for returns & exchanges*. Item/s may only be exchanged once to a different size of the same style or you may opt to do a Store Credit exchange. All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges.
Item/s can be exchanged only once to a different size. Please make sure you are exchanging to the right size. If you ordered multiple items in one order, and would like more than one exchanged, you must request an exchange for all items together. We do not allow separate/multiple exchange requests per order. Item/s may also now be exchanged to Store Credit. Once approved, you will receive Store Credit in the form of a discount coupon code. This will be e-mailed directly to the e-mail address indicated on your order. The discount amount can be used for your next purchase. Shipping fees paid (if any) are non-creditable. Store Credit does not expire. Store Credit via discount coupon code should be typed at the "Discount Code" box as you checkout.
Bikinis bought as a set can only be exchanged as a set. We cannot accommodate requests for a size change for just the top OR bottom of the set. Exchanges are done for the complete set only.
BIKINI SETS / MAILLOTS
Bikini Sets and Maillots bought may be exchanged for a different size if it is still available. The item must be received in its original condition, complete with tags. Any obvious signs of use (aside from being tried on) would not be accepted and we will send the item back to you at your cost. If we have run out of stock for the size you need, you may opt for a store credit.
FAULTY OR / AND DAMAGED ITEM/S
All of Agua products are inspected prior to shipment to ensure the highest quality of garments are being sent to you. We also take photos of your order before we send them out. In the unlikely event that the item is faulty, you may go to our Returns Portal to initiate a return. Please note you have to do this within 5 days of receipt. Please include max of 5 images showing the faulty/damaged product. We'll make sure to sort out the problem quickly. If no images are included, we will reject your request. Note: We are not liable for any damages caused by mishandling and normal wear and tear. These items are considered sold.
Based on Philippines Return Policy, you may return/exchange the item within (5) FIVE days from date of purchase if the item bought is proven defective. Return/Exchange beyond 7 days is no longer acceptable. Due to the nature of the products, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All inclusions and hygiene stickers need to be intact as originally received. It must also be in the original packaging.
RETURN SHIPPING POLICY
Agua Brazilian Swimwear will bear costs for Return and Forward shipping ONLY for faulty or defective items. For Returns and Forward shipping with reasons other than Defective item, customer to bear cost. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer should use a trackable shipping service and provide Agua Brazilian Swimwear of the Tracking number.
